10 min NO BAKE Brownies

KETO FRIENDLY, SUGAR-FREE and GLUTEN-FREE options! These brownie bites have an unbelievable texture! They are wonderful straight out of the freezer or the fridge. The fudge-like dense texture of these is sure to please.

INGREDIENTS 

1 1/2 cups gluten-free paleo or keto brownie mix 

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder 

 1 cup creamy almond butter

 2 tbsp maple syrup or powdered monk fruit

 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, no sugar added)

 Sea salt flakes

Directions:

Add the brownie mix, protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and 2/3 chocolate chips to a bowl and mix together until a brownie batter texture forms.

Press brownie mixture into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper or a silicone one.

 Place brownie mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.

 Take the dish out of the freezer and carefully cut the brownie into 16 pieces.

 Melt the remaining 1/3 cup chocolate chips with a little coconut oil. Drizzle the chocolate over the brownies and sprinkle with some sea salt.

 Store in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week!
